Coming from an authentic Kavkazi Kosher family, our recipes go back to our`grandparents. Taste is our priority and we are admired for it for the past few years.
La Briut menu was designed and influenced by the owner’s background and knowledge of food. Our goal is to make a change in the Kavkazi kitchen and introduce refined authentic flavours. These flavours never let you go without licking your fingers.
